摘要
利用我国沙尘暴多发区 ,甘肃省祁连山东部民勤、武威等 4站建站以来近 5 0a的气象资料 ,详细分析了祁连山东部沙尘暴天气发生的成因 ,造成的危害情况及变化规律 ,指出土地沙漠化和大风是造成沙尘暴的主要原因 ,并提出沙尘暴天气的防御对策。
Using one of the most sandstorm-occuring areas ,such as East of Qilian Moutain 's Wuwei,Minqing etc. 4 stations' meterological data in the east of Qilian Moutain in Gansu province, this paper analyse the occuring causes,resulted disaster and developing laws of sandstorm weather in the east of Qilian Moutain,and show that soil desertization and strong wind are the most important causes .At last the prevention and countermeasure are showed:to build sandstorm's forcasting and preventing system; improve ecological vegetations ,forbid manual destroy activities,control land's sandize;make the most use of cloudy water resources,take manual increasing precipitation to increase moisture of air and soil; protect and develop Qilian moutain's water resource forests , lighten sandstorm's damages.
