摘要
从广开聘请渠道、严格按条件聘请、严格合同管理和加强队伍建设等4个方面阐述了如何做好外国文教专家的聘请工作,以满足学校教学改革和合作办学的需要。
From four aspects of broadening channels,strict recruitment according to conditions,strict management according to contracts and enhancing directors' building discusses how to do well foreign experts' recruitment in order to satisfy the education reform and running a school cooperatively.
