摘要
结合在职党员干部兼职担任离休干部党支部书记的三年工作实践 ,就加强新形势下离休干部党支部建设 ,着重阐述了这种新的工作模式的意义、工作内容和工作定位 ,探讨其可行性和需要注意的若干问题。
The article tries to find a new work mode of the management on building party branch in university retired teachers and staff based on the three-year practice of the author. The function and the contents of the new work mode are described, when the younger CPC cadre served as the chief secretary of the party branch in retirees. The paper argues that such younger cadre should have a fixed position while at work. The feasibility and defection of the new job mode are discussed.
