摘要
作者通过对上市公司资产重组现状的调查与解剖 ,力求找出存在的主要问题 ,寻求解决的方法 ,并在此基础上结合我国的实际情况 ,试图设计出具有中国特色上市公司资产重组规范化发展模式的思路 ,为主管部门和实际工作者提供必要的决策依据 ,为上市公司资产重组的规范化运作提供必要的参考标准 ,由此推动上市公司的深化改革和现代企业制度的建立 。
The author investigates and analyses the states of reordering assets of China's listed companies,finds out the problems and pursues the methods. This paper tries to design the pattern of reordering assets of China's listed companies and provide necessary basis for the responsible department and workers.All these methods will propel the reform of China's listed companies and promote the stock market development.
