摘要
采用实验组、对照组前后测对比方法,研究勤工助学对贫困大学生职业心理的影响。上岗前,实验组与对照组不存在显著差异;但上岗3个月后,存在显著差异。勤工助学是改变贫困大学生职业心理的有效手段。
By means of experiments and comparison,we do researches in the influence of poor students' part-time work in order to pay their school expenses on their professional psychology.Before they begin to work,there is no distinct difference between the two groups;after three months' work,there exists obvious difference.Part-time work is effective way to change their professional psychology.
