摘要
建立完善的业绩管理系统是企业战略目标实现的重要保障,需要从业绩评价的原则、指标、标准及业绩报告等要素合理界定出发,研究业绩管理系统的构建。
To establish perfect performance management system is an important guarantee to realize enterprise’s strategic goal.We should construct the system from performance evaluation principles,index,standard and the report.
