摘要
人事代理工作涉及高校人事管理的多方面,构成一个完整的社会化、法制化、专业化的人事管理体系。各校根据自身实际制定的政策均有不同特点,需要政策执行者运用人事管理理念与价值进行判断和实施。
The work of personal agent involves a lot of aspects in human resources administration which constructs a whole personal administration system of socialization,specialty and law.The policies drawn by each university have their own characteristics,the application of which should be carried out by the executives with concepts of human resources administration and value.
