摘要
大学的教育就是引导和督促大学生实现其社会化的过程。要完成大学的教育目标 ,培养高素质人才 ,就必须创设良好的社会化环境 ,发挥教学与社会实践的功能 ,加强教师的作用 ,调动大学生的主动性和创造性 ,消除不利于大学生社会化的各种障碍与因素。
University education is a process to lead and urge university students to achieve their socialization. To complete university’s education aim and produce high-quality talents, we have to build good socialized environment, bring the function of teaching and social pratice into play, strengthen teacher’s funcation, arouse university students’ initiativity and creativity, and eliminate various barriers and factors unfavorable for university students’ socialization.
