摘要
高素质创造性人才的成长 ,关键在于学校为学生提供一个能激发学生潜能和兴趣的教学环境 ,使学生成为学习和自我发展的主体 ,获得自主选择的权利和学习思考的乐趣 ,使学生的潜能和智慧得到全面的发展。而实施这种主体性教育 。
The cultiovation of creative talents with high quality lies in university providing students with teaching environment which can stimulate students’ potential and interest and make them become the main part of learning and self-development, achieve the rights of self choice and intersts in learning and thinking, develop fully. To carry out this education, we should foster the concept of student-centered educational andministration.
