摘要
我国融资租赁起步较晚,目前融资租赁公司虽数量众多,但普遍实力不强,经营效益不佳,存在经营观念落后,经营范围狭小,管理体制不顺,资金、人员不足等问题。应通过加快资产重组、拓宽业务范围、规范经营体制、加强横向联合等措施,促进我国融资租赁业的健康发展。
Our finance charter starts late. Although there are a lot of these kinds of companies at present, they are neither strong nor profitable. There exist a lot of problems, such as backward business ideas, narrow operating scope, confused management system and short of funds and staff members etc. We should speed up the rearrangement of capitals, broaden the operating scope, standardize the operating system and strengthen the cooperation of horizontal economic ties to promote its healthy development.
