摘要
在研究当前工程造价管理现状的基础上 ,结合建筑市场管理条例 ,分析了贯彻落实管理条例的重要性。提出转变工程造价职能 ,服务建筑行业 ,是建立公平、有序。
Based on studying administrative actuality of engineering cost,and combining with printing administrative bylaw of construction market,the essentiality of carrying out administrative bylaw is analyzed.It is available approach to built fair,order and competitive engineering cost market,by changing function of engineering cost in order to serve construction industry.
