多层次反思:新教师专业发展的有效途径 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,反思成为了教师教育中的一个重要概念,是教师专业发展的重要机制。文章对如何运用反思循环模式帮助新教师在不同层次上对他们所遭遇的实际情境进行反思,培养新教师在教学实践中的反思能力,提高教师业务水平并完善其专业发展进行了探讨。
