摘要
目的探讨改良的认知行为干预疗法—“音乐治疗加放松内心意象法”对结肠癌术后患者的情绪及免疫是否存在积极的调节作用。方法对一组结肠癌术后患者进行“音乐治疗加放松内心意象法”干预治疗,及时调整患者的不良心理状态,同时测定了干预前后不同期间患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分布,并与未加认知行为干预的结肠癌术后病人作对照。结果认知行为干预后的患者,心身健康水平明显好于未干预患者,其T淋巴细胞亚群也相应升高,至术后1个月已恢复正常。而未加认知行为干预的患者则无明显变化。结论“音乐治疗加放松内心意象法”这种认知行为干预疗法对结肠癌术后患者的情绪及免疫功能调节存在积极的作用。
Objective To study the influence of 'musicotherapy and relaxation inner image' on mental state and immunological function in patients with postoperative colorectal cancer.Method Fifty-eight patients with postoperative colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two group:study group(30 cases),which received'musicotherapy and relaxation inner image' helping them adjust to cancer associated mental problems;and control group(28 cases).Both groups were assessed by SCL-90 three days before operation,1,2 and 3 months after the operation.Both of them were detected the distribution of subgroups of T lymphocytes at each point.Result With the decrease of scores of SCL-90,subgroups of T lymphocytes in study group escalated and recovered to normal after one month.While there was no obvious change of both mental state and immunological function in control during the study.Conclusion 'musicotherapy and relaxation inner image' plays a positive role in mental state and immunological function of patients with colorectal cancer.
