摘要
目的探讨经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法及疗效。方法对32例腺性膀胱炎患者经尿道电切后行吡柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注。结果32例中,临床症状完全消失22例,好转7例,复发3例。结论经尿道电切联合THP膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎是一种可行有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the method and result of intravesical instillation of pirarubin(THP) combining with transure thral electrovaporization in the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods 32 patients with cystitis glandularis were treated with intravesical instillation of pirarubin after transurethral resection.Results 32 cases were all followed up. The clinical symptom of 22 cases disappeared and 8 of 32 cases were alleviated. The recurrence occurred only in 3 cases. Conclusion Combining of the transurethral electrovaporization and pirarubicin intravesical instillation is effective against local recurrence of cystitis glandularis.
