摘要
本文根据高等教育教学规律和人才培养规律,提出了构建高校教学质量监测和保证体系的基本原则。根据这些原则,通过选择和确定教学质量监测与保证体系的基本内容,建立和实施约束、监督、评估、反馈、激励等机制,加强教学管理,规范教学工作,全面提高教学质量和人才培养质量。
According to the regular pattern of teaching and cultivating talents in higher education, this paper puts forward the basic principles of constructing a system of monitoring and ensuring the teaching quality. And on the basis of these principles, systems of restraining, monitoring, evaluating, feedback and stimulating should be established and carried out by determining the basic content of the system of monitoring and ensuring teaching quality of higher education, aiming at strengthening the teaching administration, regulating the teaching and improving the quality of teaching and talent cultivating.
