摘要
从再度认识学生宿舍功能入手 ,分析了目前高校学生宿舍管理的现状与矛盾 :学生宿舍多头管理效率不高 ;学生宿舍管理队伍现有素质整体不高 ,无力实现“三育人”功能 ;对学生宿舍管理认识和重视不足。并提出了相应改革措施 :完善宿舍管理机构 ;提高管理队伍的素质 ;挖掘和发挥宿舍管理功能。
From the functions that a dormitory performs, the authors have made an analysis on the current conditions of and problems in dormitory management: low efficiency due to multi layered management, poor quality of managerial staff, and inadequate attention to dormitory management. The authors argue that dormitory managerial institutions be perfected, and that managerial quality be improved, so that the functions of dormitory management could be brought into play.
