摘要
论述了研究生教育中转变教育思想 ,改变教育管理模式的重要性 ,提出了培养研究生的创业精神、创新能力 ;建立多样化的管理模式 ,提倡“自我管理、自我教育、自我服务”的管理方针 ;注重研究生的人文素质培养 。
This paper discusses the importance to convert the concept of education and improve the mode of educational management. It argues that postgraduate education aim at the training of creativity, innovation, and diversity, and that the education emphasize on humanities quality and strengthen ideological education.
