摘要
结合八钢冷轧厂热镀锌机组的实际生产情况,对镀锌线断带进行了统计分析,找出了断带的主要原因是原料板形质量、焊接及对中质量不好、退火炉内张力控制不当和机电设备故障造成全线停机。总结出预防和避免断带的措施,大幅减少热镀锌机组断带事故率和因此带来的损失。
The strip breaking of hot dip galvanizing line of Bayi Iron & Steel Co.,Baosteel Group is analyzed by statistical methods.The results showed that raw sheet shape defects,bad quality of welding,improper control of the tension in annealing furnace,tatal line stop caused by electromechanical quipment fault are the main factors which cause the strip breaking.Preventive measures are proposed.
