摘要
目的分析长白山越桔遗传多样性及其亲缘关系。方法用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)标记方法对1种野生越桔和2种不同的栽培越桔进行遗传多样性检测和遗传分析。结果采用40个随机引物共检测72个位点,其中多态位点27个,占37.5%;相似系数矩阵表明野生越桔和栽培越桔Ⅰ、栽培越桔Ⅱ的遗传距离分别为0.764和0.809;聚类图表明野生越桔和栽培越桔Ⅱ亲缘关系较近。结论长白山越桔的遗传多样性水平较低,野生越桔和栽培越桔之间的遗传变异不大,遗传因素在越桔形态变异上的作用小于环境因素。
