摘要
质量是期刊建设和发展的重要基础。本文提出了构建更加科学合理的高校学术期刊质量体系的三条思路,介绍了内部质量保证体系和外部质量保证体系两部分的各个组成要素的作用,并以重庆大学期刊社的实践为例,分析了逐步完善期刊质量评价体系的措施。
Quality is the important foundation of journals.This paper proposed three ideas in constructing a more scientific and rational quality system of academic journals,described the various elements and their roles in internal quality assurance system and external quality assurance system.Taking the practice of Periodical Press of Chongqing University as an example,the paper discussed the measures to gradually improve the quality of journal evaluation system.
