摘要
自改革开放以来,越来越多的跨国公司来华进行投资,但由于环境、文化等背景的不同,许多跨国公司在人力资源管理方面遭遇到一些问题,包括思想观念、招聘、培训、业绩考核以及薪酬五个方面的问题,它们的存在严重阻碍了跨国公司在华的发展。
Since the reform and opening up,more and more Multinational Companies came to China,but because of the difference of environment and culture,lots of Multinational Companies have met many problems about human resources management,including the difference of thoughts of ideas,recruitment,training,performance evaluation and salary,which hinder the development of Multinational Companies that look for developing in China.
