摘要
设计了一种波纹管为衬底的光纤光栅(FBG)液位传感头,提出用参考光栅补偿温度变化对FBG测量压力影响的方法。在3~30 cm的液位范围内,测试了传感器的特性,给出温度补偿后液位引起波长漂移的实验曲线。结果表明,传感器液位灵敏度为-0.0553 nm/cm。传感头采用Ni基合金作为机敏封装元件,具有抗腐蚀、耐疲劳的优点,适用于储油罐等恶劣环境下使用。
A fiber Bragg grating(FBG) liquid level sensing head with a accordion pipe substrate was disigned,and the reference grating was used to compensate for FBG pressure measurement.We tested the sensor′s characteristics at the liquid level range of 3~30 cm.The temperature compensated experimental curve of the wavelength shift caused by the liquid level change was acquired.The results show that the sensitivity of this liquid level sensor is -0.055 3 nm/cm.The sensing head uses nickel-based alloy as packaging mate...
