摘要
电压12 V,pH 9~10的条件下,固态的微晶纤维素(MCC)和酪素溶液在铂阳极上异相合成了MCC和酪素的复合物。红外吸收表明复合物由MCC和酪素组成,该复合物不溶于0.1 mol/L的酸和碱,但溶于1mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液;复合物的氮含量为9.84%,介于MCC和酪素之间;XRD结果显示复合物的结晶指数较MCC有所降低,在2θ=19,°26.5°出现了新的衍射峰,而MCC的特征衍射峰消失;热重热解曲线也展现了不同于MCC和酪素的失重台阶。本实验通过与化学法对比认为电化学法可以方便快捷地合成多糖和蛋白质的复合物。
Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) complexe with casein was prepared electrochemically at 12 V on platinum electrodes.The pH of the solution was adjusted to 9~10.Complexe was deposited on anode.Properties of products were studies by means of solubility,nitrogen content,thermogravimetric and XRD analysis.the complex was slightly more themally stable than plain casein.Compared with MCC,the crystal index of the complex had slightly decreased and the crystalline peaks of celluluse diminished a lot.New crystalline ...
