摘要
通过对纠纷的定义、纠纷的过程、纠纷的解决和话语及意义这几个关键主题的回顾和分析,指出传统法律人类学对纠纷的研究已经逐渐从原始部落社会,转向对现代社会中各种冲突和纠纷的关注,学科之间的相互借鉴和融合,既促进了法律人类学的发展,也加强了法律人类学研究成果的社会意义,尤其是对当前中国构建和谐社会具有重要意义。
