落锤法测定PDC抗冲击韧性的影响因素 被引量:7

摘要 采用落锤式冲击功测定仪测试了Φ19 mm金刚石复合片的抗冲击性能,对可能影响最终测试结果的因素:冲击压头的形状和材质、PDC的测定位置及放置方式、单次冲击功大小等进行了初步探讨。通过对测试结果的分析,作者对落锤法测定PDC抗冲击韧性的各种影响因素归纳出三点看法。 The impact resistance of Φ19 mm polycrystalline diamond composite was tested with dropping hammer type PDC impacting work measurement device.The possible influences on the final testing result including shapes and materials of impacting pressure head,testing locations and laying methods of PDC and strength of single time impacting work were discussed initially.Three viewpoints concerned about various influencing factors of measuring impact toughness of PDC with dropping hammer method were summarized by analysis of the testing result.
