摘要
燃煤锅炉在使用过程中普遍存在着腐蚀问题,严重影响了锅炉的使用寿命。文中通过实例,详细分析了燃煤锅炉产生腐蚀的主要因素,即给水水质、化学清洗剂的选择、给水处理工艺及空气腐蚀等,提出了选择合适的化学清洗剂,改善水质,注意锅炉停炉和检修期的保养等延续热水锅炉使用寿命,以及防止锅炉腐蚀的方法和措施。
The coal-fuelled boiler is widespread to exist the corrosion problem in use process,affecting the life of the boiler seriously.This text pass concrete solid example,analyze the coal-fuelled boiler creation the reason of the corrosion,especially in the water the oxygen content,the selection of the chemical detetgent,the processing technology of water supply,the air corrosion and so on.The following factors should be paid attention to: the selection of the chemical detetgent,the improvement of water, examination and repair during the boiler stopping.the measures of preventing corrosion andprolonging coal-fuelled boiler′s life were presented.
