摘要
目的:观察自拟熄风止眩汤配合西药治疗高血压合并颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:64例患者采用随机分组法分为两组,每组30例。对照组用甲磺酸倍他司汀片、西比灵和马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中药自拟熄风止眩汤,7 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为90．62％,对照组为75．00％,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论:中西医结合治疗高血压合并颈性眩晕疗效肯定,值得临床应用与推广。
objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xifengzhixuan Decoction with western medicine on hypertension with cervical vertigo. Methods: 64 cases were divided into two groups randomly. They were treated by Betahistine and Cinepazide Maleate. Menawhile, Xifengzhixuan DecoCtion was added to used in thearpeutic group, and thearpeutic course was 7d. Results: The total effect rate was 90. 62%and 75% in control group and therapeutic group respectively, and there were significant difference between them(P< 0.05). Conclusion: There were affirmative effects on hypertension with cervical vertigo treated by integrated Chinese and western meicine .
