Pay Attention to Cerebral Watershed Infarction

摘要   脑分水岭梗死(cerebral watershed infarction,CWI)也称脑交界区梗死(cerebral borderzone infarction)或脑边缘带梗死,是指发生在2条或3条脑主要动脉末梢交界区的脑梗死.过去CWI仅能通过病理解剖诊断,自CT和MRI应用于临床后才有了临床诊断,其发病率约占缺血性卒中的10%[1],大多数患者能查出发病病因,如果能得到及时治疗,预后良好,因此,重视脑分水岭梗死的研究具有极大的临床价值.……
