摘要
英国是清政府最先派驻使领的国家,晚清驻英使领深切体会到西方民主政体的优越性,对其进行介绍传播和实践,而这一过程也正是中国逐步走向近代化的过程。
Britain is the first country to which Qing Dynasty accredited envoy.These envoys were deeply affected by the superiority of the western democratic government system.They spread and made it into practice.The process is also the process for China to be westernized step by step.
