摘要
建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的本质是人类生产生活方式与自然生态系统全面、协调、可持续的发展;主要内涵可从政治理念、经济模式、社会文化等方面来概括;根本措施就是必须构建以人为本的建设支撑体系。
The essence of a resource-preserving and environment-friendly society is a sustainable development fully coordinated to the natural environment.Its connotation consists of three aspects of political philosophy,economic mode,and cultures.The measures taken for building such a society should have man at the center.
