摘要
本文从城市规划理论研究角度,阐述了基于构建和谐社会和落实科学发展观的基础上,建立生态社区的基本理念,提出城市生态社区的创建模式,以及城市生态社区的基本规划设计,实现城市生态、环境建设、社区发展之间的动态平衡,以及推进城市经济可持续发展,有着极其重要的战略意义与应用价值。
On the basis of research on urban planning, the author illustrates the principal outlines of the eco-comrnunity planning by the harmonious society, and sets forth the measures on eco-communi ty planning, carrying into execution and planning assessment and many proposals of the policies. It is more important to strike a balance between urban ecology, environmental protection and neighborhood development in the future.
