摘要
目的阐述原位肝移植术手术室护理方面应进行的术前、术中的各种准备、配合工作。方法肝移植的手术复杂,环节多且需环环紧扣,为保证全肝离体的热缺血时间不超过5分钟,固一个组织严密,技术熟练的手术群体是十分重要的。本论文阐述了所进行的12例肝移植手术的术前准备及术中配合:包括“取同种异体供体肝”、“修肝”、“切除病肝”及“新肝植入”的手术配合方法及配合体会。结果12例肝移植术采用以上配合方法均顺利完成。结论选择合适的供肝体、受肝体,采用科学手术方法可以使供体肝在受肝体内正常存活并发挥其固有功能。肝移植手术的成功得益于一个好的领导班子,熟练的护理技巧,严格的无菌操作技术,能够及时处理术中遇到的各种复杂情况,对避免移植后并发症的发生具有重要意义。
Objective Many sorts of preparation and matching works were to be expounding in this paper, those were done in orthotopic liver transplantation before or in operation on operation room nursing aspect.Methods The operation of liver transplantation is very complex. In order to be sure that hot ischemia time of extracorporeal liver is not more than 5 min, a tight organized and skilled operation population is very important. This paper expounds the preparation before operation and the matching in operation in 12 cases orthotopic liver transplantation. Include the methods and realization of matching in taking liver allograft, mending liver, removing sick liver and transplanting new liver.Results 12 cases of liver transplantation were successfully performed with those methods of matching.Conclusion Adopt appropriated donator and acceptor, and adopt scientific method can make donor liver surviving and have normal function in the body of acceptor. The success of liver transplantation needs a good leader, skilled nursing and strict aseptic technique. All sorts of complex emergency can be disposed, that have important significance in preventing post transplantation complication.
