摘要
沸石对于氨氮具有良好的离子交换性能和吸附性能,其吸附容量与比表面积、投加量有关,可用于焦化废水的处理,另外沸石也是良好的生物载体。通过实验考察了以沸石为生物载体的SBR工艺处理焦化废水的可行性,并研究了其主要影响因素。实验表明沸石强化了SBR工艺,缩短了处理时间,同时获得了较好的污泥沉降性能,也避免了沸石再生时的二次污染。
Zeolite is an excellent ion exchanger and adsorbent,and the adsorption capacity is proportional with its surface area and dosage therefore zeolite can be used to treat the coking wastewater.Besides,zeolite is the good biological carrier.The SBR process using zeolite as the bio-carrier in the treatment of coke wastewater was studied in this paper to examine the main affecting factors.As the results demonstrated,SBR process had good performance with the shortened time and the sludge has better settling properties.The secondary pollution in the regeneration of zeolite was also avoided.
