摘要
在我国经济体制从计划经济向社会主义市场经济的转轨过程中,城市规划与建设出现了空前的兴旺与繁荣。在当今一片开发热中,也显露出城市规划与建设的失误与困惑。本文作者就当前城市规划与建设过程中出现的一些误区作了揭示,本刊发表于此,以引起规划界同行的反思和共鸣。
