K_2FeO_4处理含Pb^(2+)和Hg^(2+)废水的研究

K_2FeO_4 treatment for removing lead (Ⅱ) and mercury (Ⅱ) from wastewater

摘要 研究了高铁酸钾(K2FeO4)投加量、pH值以及反应时间对于利用K2FeO4去除废水中Pb2+和Hg2+的影响。结果表明,在中性和碱性条件下,K2FeO4的投加量为40mg/L,反应时间为30min时,铅的去除率能达到96.7%;在pH=8的条件下,K2FeO4和硫酸铝的投加量之比为1∶2,反应时间为30min,汞的去除率可达90.3%。处理后的水样中剩余的Pb2+和Hg2+的浓度都可达到国家排放标准。 An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of pH,dosage,and reaction time on the removal of lead and mercury from wastewater by K2FeO4.The results show that,on neutral and basic condition,with a dosage of 40mg/L of K2FeO4,a removal rate of 96% for lead can be achieved within 30 minutes,and the residual lead in the aqua can achieve the standards of discharged wastewater in China.In addition,the rate of mercury is not satisfactory using pure K2FeO4 as treatment reagent,however,when the stoichiometric ratio of K2FeO4 and aluminum sulfate is 1∶2,the rate of lead removal can be achieved 92.9%within 24 hours,and the residual mercury in the aqua can approach the standards of discharged wastewater in China.Morever,compared with other sedimentation techniques,this method is more effective and friendly for lead and mercury removal.
