摘要
自1986年7月1日《中华人民共和国义务教育法》颁布实施以来,到2006年9月1日新修订的《中华人民共和国义务教育法》出台推行,义务教育的均衡问题一直倍受我国学界的关注。关于教育均衡问题研究的话语主流发轫于对教育公平理念的界定和解读,对教育均衡的评介及阐释,继之以对教育失衡现象的深入探究与理性归因,最后从不同视角提出教育补偿的诸多策略及建构性理论。通过对部分有代表性的研究进行归纳、分析、总结和反思,以期把握我国教育均衡问题的研究脉络和进程,深省我国教育研究的现状,希冀对提高教育研究的品质和水准有所裨益。
The issue of compulsory education balance has grasped increasing attention of Chinese scholars from July 1st,1986 when Chinese Law of Compulsory Education was promulgated, to September 1st ,2006 when New Chinese Law of Compulsory Education has been implemented.The research on education balance begins with the analysis of the principle of education equity, the explanation of the education equilibrium, the investigation of educational unbalanced development. Furthermore, the research offers strategies to construct some theories about compensatory education.We summarize and analyze representative articles to understand the present condition of compulsory education in order to give benefits to promote the research quality and level.
