摘要
高校“双培”工作即把高校高知识群体中的优秀分子培养成为党员,把其中优秀党员培养成为党组织负责人,做好该项工作具有重要的历史和现实意义。由于对“双培”工作的重视不够,高校的“双培”工作普遍遇到了一些新的突出问题。新时期做好高校的“双培”工作,必须切实提高高校“双培”工作的针对性、实效性和长效性。
The 'two nurtures' mean:nurturing outstanding elements from among higher intellectuals in HEIs to be Party members,and nurturing fine Party members from among these higher intellectuals to be the leaders of Party organizations.This work is of great historical and practical significance.However,there are some prominent problems in this work.In accordance with these new problems,it is imperative to make this work more effective,and make sure it is always to the point.
