摘要
中共十六届六中全会创造性地提出“社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性”的新论断,把“和谐”与“富强民主文明”一起作为社会主义现代化建设的目标,提出“建设和谐文化是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务,社会主义核心价值体系是建设和谐文化的根本”,强调“公平正义是社会和谐的基本条件,制度是社会公平正义的根本保证”。这些新观点、新论述是对马克思主义社会建构理论的新发展,具有十分重大的理论创新价值和实践探索意义。
A series of views on the building of a hannonious socialist society have put forward by the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party . These fresh views are the new development of Marxist theory of society construction . They are of great guiding significance to theoretical innovation and practical exploration .
