摘要
创新精神和能力的培养是管理专业教育的目标和灵魂,从动态案例教学在管理专业教育中的地位入手,提出建立培养跨世纪管理人才的动态案例教学模式,并对实施过程中的几个关键问题提出了解决的措施。
Fostering students’ innovative sense and innovative ability is the object and soul of the education in management major.The author starts from the study on the status of dynamic case teaching in the education for management majors,suggests that a dynamic case teaching mode be established to foster management talents in the new century and proposes solutions to some key problems in the implementation.
