摘要
天道与人道的关系是分析中国传统道德主体性不可或缺的视角。天道虽为人道设立了一个本原性的价值根据,但作为道德本体的人道却始终笼罩在天道范围之内,人成了被规定的主体性存在。德性虽包括仁智,但总体倾向是以仁统智,作为德性实践条件和桥梁的工具理性意义上的知识在传统文化土壤里很难破土而出,德性成果也难以通过实践主体巩固落实。这种天道与人道的关系以及受其制约的德与智的关系,束缚了人的主体性的发展,传统道德主体性的缺失不可避免。
Heaven or men provide major moral analytical perspectives for investigating the subjectivity of traditional Chinese ethics.The Divine Order of Things establishes the ontological value basis for the Order of Man,and thereby man is turned into a prescribed subjective existence.Kindness and intellect are encompassed within the concept of moral,where intellect is dominated by kindness.Knowledge as a condition for moral practice and instrument is not well provided for in the traditional culture.The achievement of virtues is also hard to be externally implemented by the practicing subject.These relations between heaven and man,between moral and intellect chained the development of man's subjectivity.The absence of subjectivity in traditional Chinese ethics is inevitable.
