摘要
以体重和性器官重分别作为生长与生殖的指标 ,研究了口服大豆黄酮 (daidzein ,Da)对小鼠生长与生殖的影响。结果表明 ,大豆黄酮促进小鼠增重与其剂量大小有关 ;在 10 0ppm与 5 0ppm剂量下 ,Da可以抑制雌性小鼠卵巢及子宫的发育 ,对雄性小鼠睾丸重量无明显影响。
In this paper, the weight of body and sexual organs are regarded as the index of grwoth and reproduction respectively. The effects of daidzein (Da) on the growth and reproduction of mice are studied. The results show: The action of Da accelerates the growth of mice is related to its dose. Under the dose of 100ppm and 50ppm, the growth of female mice's ovary and womb are restrained. Da plays a stronger role of resisting the internal female normone, significant effects on the weight of male mice's testicle are not found.
