摘要
期刊载文数量的增加与期刊学术质量之间没有必然的联系。该文主要就目前学术期刊的扩版现象进行了深入地分析,并提出了树立科学发展的出版观,适度扩版和增加载文量;提高编辑业务素质,严把稿件的学术质量观;加强反馈,推行刊物的审读评刊制度等增加载文量与提高期刊学术质量的具体策略。
There is no indispensable connection between the quantity and quality of periodical articles.The present paper analyzes the expansion of edition and puts forwards the viewpoint of scientific development and proper expansion and paper quantity,raises the editing quality,severely control the academic quality,strengthens the feedback work,implements the system of appraising the magazines,lists a concrete strategy in paper expansion and academic quality.
