摘要
以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,在白色棉布基材上,通过苯胺的"原位"聚合制备得到了聚苯胺基导电棉布(PANI/CCT).研究发现:通过这种"原位"聚合反应,苯胺同棉纤维素之间发生了化学键的结合,且在棉纤维表面生成直径为50~100 nm的聚苯胺颗粒;这些颗粒均匀包覆在棉纤维表面,形成致密的导电层,四电极法测其室温电导率可达1.13×10-3S/cm,导电性优良.此外,制备得到的PANI/CCT具有电致变色性能,在-0.45~0.3 V内呈现黄绿色,在0.3~1.0 V内则呈现深绿色,有望在全固态电致变色织物的制备中获得应用.
Polyaniline/conducting cotton textile(PANI/CCT) was prepared by using an "insitu" polymerization of aniline with ammonium persulfate as oxidiant based on the white cotton textile.It was found that the chemical combination of aniline with cellulose took place during the "in-situ" polymerization,and the PANI nanoparticles with diameter of 50~100 nm spread over the surface of cotton fibers,which resulted in the compact conducting coverings and a good conductivity of 1.13×10-3 S/cm.Moreover,the resulted PANI/CC...
