摘要
本文运用系统功能语言学评价理论,分析了奥巴马致女儿的一封公开信中的态度资源。笔者从情感、裁决和鉴赏三个层面入手,解读文中密集的态度评价表达是如何有效构建语篇的人际意义。
This paper attempts to use the Appraisal System in Systemic Functional Linguistics as a tool to analyze the attitudinal meaning in Obama’s open letter to his daughters. From the perspective of affect, judgement and appreciation, it tries to explore how interpersonal meaning is effectively realized through the dense attitudinal resources in the letter.
