摘要
在国家现行政策下,中小套型住宅成为住宅房地产市场的主流产品。文章以人体工程学为依据、以满足基本行为单元需求且兼顾一定舒适性为原则,研究了中小套型住宅的起居室和卧室的尺度,并提出了适宜的面积。
Under the existing national policy, small and medium-sized dwelling units have become the mainstream of the real estate market. By using the human engineering as the basis and by satisfying the basic living demand for dwelling units with certain comfort as the principle, the author makes a research into the scale of living room and bedroom of small and medium-sized dwelling units, suggesting the fitting area of the rooms.
