摘要
[目的]观察"化疗止吐脐贴"(下称止吐脐贴)防治化疗呕吐的临床疗效。[方法]对76例接受化疗的肿瘤患者,采用自身对照的方法,比较盐酸格拉司琼+止吐脐贴和单用盐酸格拉司琼止吐效果。[结果]格拉司琼+止吐脐贴和单用格拉司琼止吐有效率分别为97.5%和82.9%,显效率分别为75%和65.8%。两者疗效有显著差异,P=0.0229。[结论]止吐脐贴能明显提高格拉司琼防治化疗呕吐的疗效,且无毒副作用,价格低廉,制备简单,易于在临床推广应用。
[Objective] the 'umbilical chemotherapy antiemetic paste' (hereinafter referred to as the umbilical antiemetic paste) managing the prevention of clinical efficacy of chemotherapy and vomiting. [ Method] Use self-control and reflective method by using 76 cases of cancer patients with chemotherapy. Have a comparison of the effect between the usages of both Granisetron hydrochloride antiemetic & umbilical paste and Granisetron hydrochloride antiemetic only. [ Results ] Granisetron umbilicus antiemetic & paste alone and Granisetron efficient antiemetic are 97. 5% and 82. 9% , respectively, a significant efficiency of 75% and 65. 8% . Both statistical efficacy of a significant difference, P=0.0229. [Conclusion] The umbilical antiemetic paste can improve the vomiting efficacy which is in both the prevention and treatment of Granisetron chemotherapy. The few side effects, the low cost, the easy preparation are together with being put in to the clinical application.
