摘要
在人才强国和西部大开发战略背景下,西部职业教育要有效地发展。在人才聚集方面,准确定位西部职业教育的人才培养目标;转变人才观念,维护人才权益,增强职业院校毕业生的竞争力;提高办学质量,培养具有全面素质的职业人才;强化优势,办出特色,创造品牌,培养具有鲜明特色的职业人才;努力提高职业教育为区域经济发展服务的有效性。
In the background of reinvigorating the country through talented people and developing western development strategy,vocational education in western China needs to be developed effectively.In gathering talented people,we should accurately position the personnel training purpose of vocational education in western China,change talent concept protect talent interest practically,improve graduates'competitiveness and the quality of vocational education,stengthen advantages and unique features and create brands,aiming at training special vcational talents,and strive to improve the service effectiveness of vocational education for regional economic development.
