摘要
目的研究肠结核患者血清INF-γ和TNF-α的表达变化。方法采集肠结核患者不同治疗阶段及健康志愿者的血清,采用ELISA检测其INF-γ表达水平,RIA检测TNF-α表达水平。结果肠结核患者血清INF-γ和TNF-α的表达均显著高于健康对照组,并且随着患者病情变化而变化。结论测定INF-γ和TNF-α的表达可以反映和预测肠结核患者的病情变化。
Objective To study the level of TNF-α and INF-γ in serum of patients with intestinal tuberculosis.Methods Collected serum of patients and volunteer.ELISA was used to detect the level of INF-γ,and RIA was used to detect the level of TNF-α.Results The level of TNF-α and INF-γ in patients serum of intestinal tuberculosis were higher than that of control group,and the change of the level associated with the change of pathogenetic condition.Conclusion Detecting the level of TNF-α and INF-γ in patients serum of intestinal tuberculosis may predict the change of pathogenetic condition.
