摘要
在说明构建基于军网的武器装备远程监测和故障诊断系统重要性和紧迫性的基础上,分析了将一般机电设备监测诊断用于武器装备远程监测诊断系统的信号检测、数据处理、数据传输、故障诊断等技术。提出了一种监测诊断信息采集、传输、处理,远程诊断中心对多用户异地监测诊断服务,异地专家实时协同诊断的武器装备远程监测诊断系统,给出了系统开放的分布式总体设计框架,并总结了该系统的优点。
Based on military network the remote monitoring and diagnosis system for armament (RMDSA), and its importance is presented in this paper. The signal detecting, data processing, data transmission and fault diagnosis technologies for RMDSA are introduced, an application of the remote monitoring and diagnosis method for general electromechanical equipment in RMDSA is analyzed. The RMDSA with information acquisition, data transmission, data processing, different-ground diagnosis service and expert real time coordination diagnosis is put forward. The distributed overall design frame of the RMDSA is presented, and its advantages are summarized.
