摘要
The preparative experiment was operated in 10 rabbits. During the experiment,hypoimmunologic animal model was established with injection of hydrocortisone and consquently the number of CD 4 and CD 8 positive lymphocytes decreased markedly. Then 25 rabbits were selected and divided radomly into 4 groups. In group A, treatment was employed by penetration needling of Ren Du channel with Haci’s Five Elements Needle. In group B, treatment was operated by penetration needling of auricular points of abdomen. In group C, only with injection of hydrocrotisone and group D was a control group. The experimental results showed that the number of CD 4 and CD 8 positive lymphocytes had greatly increase after the treatment of penetration needling of Ren Du channels with Haci’s Five Elements Needle and it indicated that body’s immunity can be improved by Haci’s Five Elements Needle. Secondly the increase number of CD 4 and CD 8 positive lymphocytes was observed during application of penetration needling of Ren Du channels for 15 minutes’ retainning. While the decrease number of CD 4 and CD 8 positive lymphocytes was observed during application of penetration needling of Ren Du channels for 30 minutes with Haci’s Five Elements Needle. It suggested that the immunologic function regulation by Haci’s Five Elements Needle was dual directional in that immunologic function can be enhanced by short time needling retaining and it can be inhibited by long time needling retaining.
